Processing and Delivery

Please allow approximately 10–14 business days for your order to be produced and delivered.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Production volume, weather, carrier delays, high-demand periods, and other circumstances outside our control may extend the estimated delivery timeframe.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Made-to-Order Notice

Each journal and tumbler is produced after your order is placed. Slight differences in color, print placement, design scale, seam alignment, or appearance may occur between the digital mockups and the finished products.

Colors may also appear slightly different because of lighting, screen settings, printing methods, and product materials. The tumbler’s wraparound artwork may have a visible seam where the design meets.

Minor production variations are normal and are not considered defects.

Journal Care Instructions

• Wipe the cover gently with a soft, dry cloth
• Do not soak or submerge in water
• Avoid bleach and harsh cleaning products
• Keep away from excessive heat and direct sunlight
• Store in a clean, dry place
• Avoid scratching the cover with sharp objects

Tumbler Care Instructions

• Hand-wash with mild soap and warm water

Important Tumbler Use Notice

Make sure the lid is properly secured before drinking or transporting the tumbler. Use caution when filling it with hot beverages.

The tumbler is not guaranteed to be completely spill proof or leakproof. Keep it upright when filled, and do not place it loosely inside a bag with electronics, documents, or other valuables.

Keep hot liquids and small removable parts away from young children unless supervised by an adult.

Final-Sale and Cancellation Policy

Because both items are made to order, all sales are final.

Orders cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or exchanged after they have entered production.

Please review your order quantity, contact information, and complete shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Buyer’s remorse, a change of preference, minor color differences, and normal print variations do not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

• Close-up photographs showing the issue
• A photograph of the packaging
• A photograph of the shipping label
• A photograph of the shipping label
• A brief description of the problem

Verified production or fulfillment errors may qualify for a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Shipping and Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, packages marked delivered by the carrier, theft after confirmed delivery, or orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Additional production or shipping charges caused by an address error may be the customer’s responsibility.
