Processing and Delivery

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Production volume, severe weather, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside our control may extend this estimated timeframe. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Made-to-Order Notice

Each tumbler is produced after your order is placed. Slight differences in color, print placement, scale, seam alignment, or appearance may occur between the digital mockup and the finished product.

The wraparound design may have a visible seam where the artwork meets. Colors can also appear slightly different because of lighting, screen settings, printing methods, and the tumbler’s surface. Minor variations are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Final-Sale and Cancellation Policy

Because each tumbler is made to order, all sales are final.

Orders cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or exchanged after they have entered production. Please review the selected product, quantity, contact information, and complete shipping address before submitting your order.

Buyer’s remorse, minor color differences, normal print variation, or a change of preference does not qualify for a refund or replacement.
